Terms of Use

1. Agreement
By accessing or using ccamus.dev ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
ccamus.dev is a platform where users can create, publish, and share posts including text, images, and videos. The Service is provided by an individual operator ("we", "us").
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 14 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Account
You sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account or impersonate others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting content on the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. This license ends when you delete your content, except where copies have been shared by other users or are retained for legal obligations.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or infringes on others' rights
- Share others' private information without their consent
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Use automated means to scrape, crawl, or collect data from the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use the Service for commercial spam or unauthorized advertising
7. Content Removal
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms at our discretion. When you delete content, we will remove it from our servers within a reasonable time, though cached or backed-up copies may persist for up to 90 days.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is our property. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
